I recently wrote a review stating that I had received the wrong seeds and had not received a response from customer service. The company did eventually get back to me, and it turns out the correct seeds were inside a separate packet placed within the generically labeled envelope.
I had no idea I was supposed to open the outer envelope to find another packet inside, especially since the first line of the instructions said, “Please do not open the seed packaging.”
I do have the correct seeds. The packaging was frustrating and very confusing, but everything worked out in the end.
