Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Available U.S. delivery addresses and shipping options are confirmed at checkout.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days after they are placed. Processing time is separate from transit time.
Estimated delivery
Standard shipping usually takes 4–6 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.
U.S. shipping rates
- Merchandise subtotal below $19.90: $5.90 standard shipping.
- Merchandise subtotal of $19.90 or more: free standard U.S. shipping.
The free-shipping threshold is based on the merchandise subtotal before order discounts. The applicable shipping charge is shown at checkout.
Tracking your order
After dispatch, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also use our Track Order page.
Delayed or missing packages
If tracking has not updated, your delivery is delayed, or a package marked delivered has not arrived, email support@onsaleseeds.com with your order number and tracking details. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier to investigate. We will contact you about the next steps and the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you notice a problem. Include your order number and a description of the issue; photos of the item and packaging can help us review it. Refund requests follow our Return & Refund Policy. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
