Planting Instructions:

Best planting season: Early spring to late summer
Light requirements: Full sun to partial shade (6–8 hours of sunlight per day)
Soil: Well-drained, fertile soil with a pH of 6.0–6.5
Sowing method:
1. Directly sow seeds outdoors 1/2 inch deep, 12–18 inches apart in rows.
2. Space rows 18–24 inches apart to allow proper growth.
3. Thin seedlings to 6–8 inches apart once they have sprouted to give plants room to grow.
4. Water consistently, keeping the soil moist but not waterlogged.

Days to harvest: 50–60 days for baby leaves, 60–85 days for mature leaves
